We will explore; conscious breathing and its impact on stress reduction, the role of nutrition and its impact on the gut- brain connection, grounding techniques, movement and the transformative power of gratitude, as well as examining the importance of setting healthy boundaries and self-talk.
You will get to participate in interactive sessions, including guided meditation, nutrition guidance, restorative yoga, mindfulness, group discussions as well as having personal reflection time and other stress reduction techniques.
