In the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, there is often little opportunity to pause, for reflection or to connect with ourselves.

Our holistic retreat offers a transformative journey set in the heart of The Cotswolds.

This bespoke retreat offers a perfect opportunity to connect with nature, unwind, and recharge within a small, intimate circle, with a limited number of participants, providing a personalised experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to experience a variety of self care practices, with tools to take home to weave into your daily practice.

Re-connect with yourself

We will explore; conscious breathing and its impact on stress reduction, the role of nutrition and its impact on the gut- brain connection, grounding techniques, movement and the transformative power of gratitude, as well as examining the importance of setting healthy boundaries and self-talk.

You will get to participate in interactive sessions, including guided meditation, nutrition guidance, restorative yoga, mindfulness, group discussions as well as having personal reflection time and other stress reduction techniques.
